The American Ambassador James Warlick visited the Complex for social services to children and families in Vidin. This was as a part of the official visit of the diplomat in the city of Vidin.
At the visit were also the mayor of Vidin - Gergo Gergov, the Regional Governor Plamen Stefanov, the Head of the Social Services Department of the Municipality
of Vidin - Cyril Cyrilov, the Program Director "Social Services" of UNICEF - Milena Harizanova, and the Chairperson of the Social Activities and Parctices Institute - Ass. Professor Nelly Petrova.
Mr Warlick had the opportunity to get familiar with the essesnce of the services offered at the CSSCF - Vidin. He met and talked to the clients of the Complex from the services "Monitored Shelter", Emergency Accommodation Centre", "School Support" and "Daily Centre". James Warlick was impressed by the material base and the activities for children and underage mothers in the CSSCF - Vidin.
"The Complex for social services to children and families in Vidin is one of the best in the country and could serve as a model for the rest of the municipalities." This is what the American Ambassador James Warlick said during his visit.
