the rights, support and protection of victims of crime, which comes into force
in Bulgaria on November 2015.
The meeting was opened by Dr.

activities, specifically the first observations on the piloting of the model
for individual assessment and intersectoral cooperation, aimed at implementing
the provisions of art. 22 of the Directive. Overall, it was noted that the
project aims to improve the situation of the child victims or witnesses of
crime, involved in legal proceedings, by introducing an integrated approach,
based on an individual assessment of their specific needs.
