In the period from December to March, Social Activities and Practices Institute in partnership with Primary school 86 St. Kliment Ohridski, Vladaya and Primary School and St. Kiril and Metodi, Lovech piloted a program “CHANGING THE NORMS RELATED TO SCHOOL VIOLENCE”. The program was developed by the International Institute for the Rights and Development of the Child within the project "REVIS", which brings together five organizations from Southeast Europe with many years of experience and practice in the field of child protection.
The program is designed to focus on the real needs and context in the different localities and school environments in which it will be implemented, as well as to ensure its sustainability and subsequent implementation in the other 8 partner schools.
According to the facilitators - "The students were very active and was achieved good cohesion in the groups. The pilot schools have different contexts in the environment and community, which provides opportunities for application of the methodology. The program is structured in 4 modules followed by interactive activities with the students. The focus of the piloting is to test its application in the practice and to make the transition to the other 8 schools where it will be applied.
