On November 9th, 2009 in Sofia an international supervision was carried out with the participation of social workers and psychologists from the CSSCF – Pazardjik. Presented was the case of a woman accommodated in the unit “Mother and Child” in the Complex in Pazardjik.

On November 10th and 11th, 2009 social workers and psychologists from the CSSCF – Pazardjik took part in training carried out in Sofia on the topic of “Maltreatment. Children and Families at Risk”. The training was carried out by Mrs Orthodoxi Salomon – a clinical psychologist from France. Over the last week in the CSSCF – Pazardjik we organized a multidisciplinary meeting between social workers from the Complex, and the CPU in Pazardjik, as well as inspectors from the Child Pedagogic Room. The meeting was held in order to discuss the collaborative work of the above-mentioned specialists on the case of a family placed in the CSSCF. In addition, a legal consultation was organized, concerning the possibilities for adoption of a child that our specialist work with in the Complex. The sessions of the group for “Mutual Collaboration between Mothers” – past and present users of the services provided by the unit “Mother and Baby” continue.
