Memorandum for Collaboration between the Institutions in Shoumen
The Complex for Social Services to Children and Families signed a memorandum for collaboration with several institutions in Shoumen that work on problems related to HIV/AIDS.
For three years partners in the implementation of a project aiming at the prevention of HIV and AIDS will be the Municipal Health Centre, The Bulgarian Red Cross, the Regional Directorate "Social Support", and the Complex for Social Services in Shoumen.
