The project is a continuation of the former project. In Gabrovo MunicipalitySAPI implemented a project for introducing alternatives to institutionalized treatment of childrenwith asocial behaviourand antisocial acts in the already created centre for youth probation and social and educational activity.
It is funded by COLPI program and the Open Society Institute- Bulgaria.
