The objectives of the project are to contribute for the implementation and application of new legislation in the sphere of child protection through popularization of the European practices for provision of social services to children and families. The target groups are a Governmental staff on a local level (140 people) and a Management and expert staff from non-profit organizations working with children and families (about 100 people). The practice of provision of social services in France will be introduced through the clients' point of view, the point of view of the provider of services, and the point of view of the local authorities.
