The project is aimed at children at risk - leaving social institutions with behavioral problems, school dropouts, victims of trafficking, parents, as well as at the local authorities and social services in the city of Gabrovo. The project developed new programs and community-based services needed for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups of children and families.

The services piloted within the project were provided by the Youth Center for Social Educational Activity in Gabrovo.
