CONTACT US:
- if you are in the process of separating from your partner and have questions about the impact of the separation on your child;
- if you face obstacles in fulfilling your parental responsibilities due to difficulties in communication with your partner or your child;
- if you want to establish or restore meaningful contact with your child who has remained living with your partner after the separation;
- if you are involved in court proceedings and your contact with your child has been interrupted.
WE CAN SUPPORT YOU BY:
- providing child hearings for judicial purposes, conducted by trained professionals in specialized child-friendly rooms – “Blue Rooms” – following a methodology adapted to the specific needs of children;
- offering psychological consultations and/or therapy for children to help them go through the separation period in a more supportive way;
- advising parents on their children’s rights and advocating for the best interests of children before institutions;
- providing psychosocial mediation through the “Contact Center” service.
What is psychosocial mediation?
Psychosocial mediation is professional-supported communication through which parents reach agreements in the best interests of their child.
At the “Contact Center” we offer:
- support for children coping with their parents’ separation;
- a safe space where children of separated parents can independently exercise their right to contact with the parent they do not live with;
- support for children during the process of handover and reception between parents, as well as supervised child-parent meetings in accordance with court orders;
- a preventive and informational program for separated parents.
The services are free of charge.
