The children and the social workers from the Complex for Social Services will wish health and luck to the citizens of Shoumen.

On March 1st at 11 a.m. they will give martenici in six regions of Shoumen - the neighbourhoods "Trakia" and "Boian Bylgaranov", the "Kristal" Square, "Vassil Drumev" and the regions around the CITY Centre, as well as near "Oborishte" Square.
The children from the Complex participate with the most beautiful martenici in the traditional competition - exhibition of the Municipal's Children Complex in the Regional Library "Stilian Chilingirov".

The children from the "Creative Club" of the Complex made more than 300 martenici altogether. With the martenici the children will also state their basic rights - to grow in families, to receive good education, to be respected, supported and loved.

The citizens of Shoumen will be provided with information about the support that they can receive in the Complex for Social Services to Children and Families in Shoumen.
