We  believe that a child deserves to grow in a peaceful and loving family environment to feel good. Therefore, we take a special place on the parents of adopted children and those who are to meet at home such a child, by organizing a Relief Group in the CSC.

       According to experts who lead training of prospective adopters and offer individual counselors to the adoptive parents then, the focus of family support falls primarily on the child's needs. The most important thing is missed - quiet parents raise quiet children.

        One of the proven successful forms of support for adoptive parents and prospective adoptive parents is the Relief Group, which makes monthly meetings at the Pirotska Public Support Center. In a protected psychological space, the participants share the difficulties, mistakes, failures and successes in the process of parenting.

The group is open. Anyone who wants to join and share their worries or experience is welcome.

When: every last Friday of the current month at 17.00 in COP-Pirotska on "Pirotska" Str.

The proposal of the participants in the group is the next meeting to be held on May 19 at 17.00 in the COP on 17, Pirotska Str.

To all prospective adopters: COP-Pirotska organizes training of prospective adopters under a program approved by the ASA, to be held on 18, 19, 25 and 26 May from 9am to 5pm. Those who wish to go to the DPO at their place of residence can apply for a course of study to participate in the training course.
