The activities are carried out within the project "Family for Every Child" implemented by UNICEF-Bulgaria. The services were provided by the Municipality of Shumen through the Complex for Social Services for Children and Families, and especially  through the Community Support Centre and Unit "Mother and Baby", managed by SAPI.
